CLASSICAL MUG PRESS BJ900
Use heater : Heater 900 - Enamel Cup 12oz
1st temperature 140°C
2nd temperature 195°C
Time : 200 sec (countdown after reaching the 2nd temperature)
Note: Do not apply excessive pressure to the press - enamel mugs can bend easily, which can cause the hard enamel to peel.
If you want to print the white surface of the window with black ink so that the window blends 100% with the black mug, use 3D printing, which allows you to also print the surface near the top edge in black (see images). New shipments of these mugs will have the white patch slightly offset to create a larger gap between the top edge and the patch.
3D OVEN
Use : Silicone Wrap - Enamel 11oz or Shrink foil VASE
ST3042 : Turn on the bottom and top heating 190°C / 8 Min
PD2800 : Turn on the bottom and top heating 220°C / 15 Min
