HEAT SHRINK FOIL (BAG) / SHOT GLASS (9 x 15)

Shrink film for printing shot glasses in 3D / oven

The heat shrink foil is intended for printing :

* Shot glas 1,5 / 2,5 oz
* Ceramic shot glass

If you are using a 3D press ST3042, set approx. 180°C / 10 min

PROCEDURE

Prepare graphics for printing on the shot glass, the print template for 3D is at the e-shop
Print your image, cut sublimation paper around the image and fix it on the shot glass
Slide the shrink foil onto the shot glass - see. picture.

Heat the shrink film with a heat gun while simultaneously turning the shot glass until the foil wraps tightly around the entire shot glass. Do not bring the gun too close to the shot glass, lest you burn the foil.
OR
If you have a clamp - turn off the shrink wrap around the printed object and insert the entire assembly into the 3D oven

After reaching the temperature in the 3D oven, insert (wearing gloves) the shot glasses inside.

After 9 minutes, remove the shot glasses and it is best to cut and remove the foil with a small sharp knife (flat tongs can also help) The foil can be removed more easily immediately after taking it out of the oven, while it is still hot - soft, but watch out for burns !
