PRINT - TEMPERATURES - TIMES

CLASSICAL MUG PRESS BJ900
Use heater : Heater 900 - shot glass
1st temperature 140°C
2nd temperature 170°C
Time : 40 sec (countdown after reaching the 2nd temperature, if you are printing multiple mugs in a row, extend the time to 60sec)

Please use protective gloves
We insert the shot glass into the Mug press and after reaching the recommended values, turn it in the jaws of the press so that the part that was not clamped by the jaws is printed too - for another approx. 30 sec. It is necessary to slightly bend the metal beak on the conical heater sometimes, which could otherwise scratch surface of the shot glass. Put the shot glass into heater oriented way at the point where the sublimation paper is joined, so that you do not tear the fixed image with the beak. We recommend fixing the image in the divider (ends of sublimation papers towards each other) and at the same time to the upper edge, so that the image cant move during printing.

3D OVEN
Use : Shrink foil SHOT GLASS or 3D Multiple Shot Glass Heater
ST3042 : Turn on the bottom and top heating 190°C / 10 min (if you print more mugs at the same time, the time can be up to 14 min)
PD2800 : Turn on the bottom and top heating 220°C / 15 min
