Shrink film for printing Vases in 3D / oven

The heat shrink foil is intended for printing :

* Porcelain Vase

If you are using a 3D press ST3042, set approx. 195° / 12min

PROCEDURE

Print your image, cut sublimation paper around the image and fix it on the Vase
Slide the shrink foil onto the Vase - see. picture.

Heat the shrink wrap with a heat gun while simultaneously turning the vase until the wrap wraps tightly around it. Do not bring the gun too close to avoid burning the foil.
The vase has a decoration in its lower part that partially extends to the printing cylinder area. Please avoid printing this part - if the sublimation paper is slightly wavy somewhere on the balance even after the foils have been fixed, fix these places once more with e.g. fixing tape

After 12 minutes, remove the vase and preferably cut and remove the foil with a small, e.g., paring knife (flat pliers can also help). The foil can be removed more easily immediately after taking it out of the oven, while it is still hot - soft, but watch out for burns!
