PRINT - TEMPERATURES - TIMES

CLASSICAL MUG PRESS - OKI
Use standard size of the heater BJ880/890/900 
Basic - Working Temperature: 120-140C ( 250-280F ) / 100 sec
The transfer of the image is the same as for a normal sublimation Mug, but after transfer, immerse the Mug up in water and remove the paper untill it is fully soft. Wipe off any foil residue from the Mug with isoporpyl. It is recommended to fix the print in oven or 3D at 200C / 10 min after removing the sublimation paper

GOLD / SILVER METTALIC MULTI-TRANS FOIL PRINTING

Prepare the image file 100% black color ( no halftones ) in 600DPI resolution so that the logo - lettering is perfectly sharp and print the file on the OKI printer to the face side of the silver / gold metallic foil. The transfer of the image is the same as for a normal sublimation Mug, but after transfer, immerse the Mug up in water and remove the paper untill it is fully soft. Wipe off any foil residue from the Mug with isoporpyl
