All orders we receive are prepared for dispatch on the same day.
For orders from EU countries, shipping / packaging is included in the price of the goods,
above the following limits (prices without VAT):
500€ applies to: BE, DK, EE, FR, HU, LU, LV, LZ, NL, PL, SI

You can choose from the following shipping options in the e-shop:
PPL - Parcel Connect (EU)
Express delivery service throughout the EU, the maximum weight of one package is 31.5 kg (PPL is part of Deutsche Post). Information about the package (tracking Nr) is sent the next day after shipment
DPD - Classic (EU)
Express delivery service throughout the EU, the maximum weight of one package is 31.5 kg. Information about the package (tracking Nr) is sent the next day after shipment
DHL Paket International - Deutsche Post (World)
All orders up to weight 31.5 kg (max. weight of one parcel) are shipped worldwide to specified delivery addresss.

Parcel is dispatched from German Post office Zittau. Packet worldwide includes liability acc. to conventions of the Universal Postal Union. Tracking information is sent to your e-mail second day after shipment.
DB Schenker / Gebrüder Weiss / Raben - pallet transport
If the weight of the shipment exceeds approx. 80-90 kg (and the product is fragile) or if it is a large product, it is sent on a pallet. Before sending, you will receive an email with the shipping price for approval
The delivery always includes a delivery note (from the e-shop order) where individual items are ticked as they are packed
Payment
You can choose from the following payment methods in the e-shop:
Bank transfer
Standard payment method for corporate and permanent clients (registered customers). The goods are dispatched immediately after the order is received and an invoice is subsequently issued.
If you are shopping with us for the first time or as an unregistered customer and choose this option, you will be sent an advance invoice in the form of a pdf with a request to pay for the goods, which will be sent after the payment arrives on our account.
PayPal / GoPay
Paypal - a fast and secure payment option for customers with a Paypal account (worldwide)
GoPay - a payment gateway that allows you to pay using a payment card (Czech Repiblic).
Info for you
For each product, the price is shown in red (without VAT) and in black (including VAT). In the shopping cart the price is including VAT and transport charges (according to the price list of the PPL carrier).
Attention - the Cart initially displays the shipping fee for the CZECH REPUBLIC. If the destination is different, the Cart will show it in the next steps, when you enter " the country", to which the goods are to be sent !
