PRINT - TEMPERATURES - TIMES

GENERAL FOR GLASS - prepare a richer / darker / contrasting image so that the max of ink is transferred to the coating and the image is clearly visible on the glass
GENERALLY FOR THE MATT LAYER - in the hot state the matte layer is softer, be careful when removing the fixing tape and removing it from the mug press
Note : Before you insert the mug into the mug press, it is recommended to heat it slightly so that it does not crack in the press

CLASSICAL MUG PRESS
Use standard size of the heater BJ880/890/900 or special heater BJ900 - THERMOS to Mug Press BJ900 (print length 165mm)
Basic - Working Temperature: 140-165C (250-320F) / 40+40 sec
* after 40 sec turn Mug the 180° and put it into Mug press once again ( so that the slightly squeezed heater presses whole surface better )

3D OVEN / ST3042
Use : Silicon Wrap - Mug11oz / 300ml
