PRINT - TEMPERATURES - TIME

GENERAL FOR GLASS - prepare a richer / darker / contrasting image so that the max of ink is transferred to the coating and the image is clearly visible on the glass

CLASSICAL MUG PRESS
Use standard size of the heater BJ880/890/900
Basic - Working Temperature: 140-160C (250-320F) / 20 sec

Note : if you print beer glass in a classical Mug press (not oven or 3D)
Close the beer glass in the press when it is cold (do not overtighten pressure), and heat it gradually with Mug press up to 150C ( working temperature), then start normal cyclus ..
the glass can not be inserted into the hot press as thin glass can break easily !
We recommend printing in an oven or 3D press

3D OVEN / ST3042
Use : Silicon Wrap - Mug11oz / 300ml 
Switch on both upper and bottom heating, 180 C / 8 min
Note:
The glass has a light cone, ie after gripping, look from inside the glass to see if the bottom edge of the sublimation paper really fits the glass. It is advisable to put a Teflon foil under the tensioning rubber so that nothing can be transferred from the used rubber to the printing surface.
