PRINT - TEMPERATURES - TIMES
CLASSICAL MUG PRESS
Use "Heater 900 - Mug Stein wide" in the BJ900 press
Basic - working temperature: 140-170C (280-370F) / 100 sec
The mug is massive and during pressing the printed surface cools from the upper edge, which is outside the heating insert - we recommend making the mug in 3D or placing the image approx. 15mm from the upper edge
3D OVEN / ST3042
Use : Silicon Wrap - Mug15oz / 400ml ( to stretch a little and adjust the clasp )
Switch on both upper and bottom heating, 195 C / 10-11 min
