STANDARD POLYMER MUG WHITE 11oz GLOSS WITH STAINLESS STEEL INSERT

The inside of the mug and the upper edge are made of stainless steel - the surface of the mug and the handle are made of polymer (polywrap = polymer shell)
Stainless steel AISI 304 so-called food grade stainless steel

There is an inert stainless steel insert at all places where you touch your mouth, on the outside there is a durable polymer casing, where the ink sublimes directly into the structure of the material (without top coating)

Note
For production reasons ( dividing plane of the mold ), the mug has a small ( but printable ) fine divider in the middle of the handle (which doesn't matter) but also exactly "opposite the handle", which can be visible even  after printing - be careful when creating graphics !

PRINT - TEMPERATURES - TIMES

CLASSICAL MUG PRESS
Use standard size of the heater BJ880/890/900 
When printing, place "AL insert-polymer11oz" in the polymer Mug - against heat distortion
Basic - Working Temperature: 140-160C (280-320F) / 100 sec

Note :
The softening of the polymer during heating results in a sublimation paper structure being copied into the glossy surface of the plastic - if you want to have to have homogenous final printed surface around the mug, fix the sublimation paper over the entire surface of the mug

3D OVEN / ST3042
it is recomended to print polymer mugs at classical mug press

Use : Silicon Wrap - Mug11oz / 300ml 
( 1 pc of this wrap is included in the delivery of ST3042 )
Switch on both upper and bottom heating, 180 C / 7 min
(the thermal expansion of plastic is higher than that of metal, ie during heating the inner insert is released and fixed again after cooling)
