PRINT - TEMPERATURES - TIME

GENERAL FOR GLASS - prepare a richer / contrasting image so that the max of ink is transferred to the coating and the image is clearly visible on the glass

CLASSICAL MUG PRESS
Use standard size of the heater BJ880/890/900 
Basic - Working Temperature: 140-150C ( 255-305 ) / 70 sec

Note : Preheat the cold glass slightly and apply very low pressure on the press. The glass has thin walls, there is a risk of it breaking during heating in the Mug Press
We strongly recommend trouble-free printing in an oven or 3D press

3D OVEN / ST3042
Use : Silicon Wrap - Mug11oz / 300ml
(if the silicon wrap is not tight enough, adjust it or put a pad under the wrap where there is no picture to increase the pressure)
Switch on both upper and bottom heating, 185 C / 9 min (if you are printing several mugs at once, extend the time)
