PRINT - TEMPERATURES - TIMES

CLASSICAL MUG PRESS BJ880/900
Use heater : Heating Pad 880/890/900-9oz
1st temperature          140°C
2nd temperature         173°C
Time :                        20 sec (countdown after reaching the 2nd temperature, if you are printing multiple mugs in a row, extend the time to 30sec)

After inserting the plastic mug into the Mug press, the PLASTIC softens, therefore:

* Insert the mug into the Mug press at the same time as the AL insert, which will prevent the mug from deforming Al insert - polymer 6oz
* Set a lower pressure on the press
* Softening of the plastic during printing results in the paper raster or trace of the fixing tape being slightly copied onto the glossy surface of the mug,

therefore. cut the sublimation paper tightly around the image and fix it with fixing tape from the bottom / top of the mug (not from the side), or if you want a uniform surface all around, cut the sublimation paper over the entire height and length of the mug

3D OVEN
Use : Shrink foil THERMOS
ST3042 : Turn on the bottom and top heating 185°C / 8 min (if you print more mugs at the same time, the time can be up to 10 min)
PD2800 : Turn on the bottom and top heating 205°C / 13 min

When printing, you do not need to place AL insert in the polymer Mug - the silicone clip doesnt press on the Mug like classic Mug Press. Place AL insert in the polymer Mug immediately after you remove the Mug from the oven to calibrate shape, but remove it immediately again so that the hot Mug on the insert doenst cool down
