PRINT - TEMPERATURES - TIMES

T-SHIRT PRESS
Working Temperature:  190 C / 150 sec
After 150sec, turn the clock face in the press including the fixed sublimation paper and close the press for another 150sec. In this way (by heating both sides of the dial) the tension in the material is equalized and the dial remains flat
(If after printing - after 150 seconds have passed, you want to remove the dial from the press, you must place the dial face down on a flat surface and weigh it from above for a longer time so that it does not bend)

ASSEMBLY
Remove the clock hands and motors, the brass nut and the plastic washer from the separate box. Slide the motor backed by a plastic pad onto the printed dial from the back, fix it from the front with a nut, and place a brass pad under it.
Align the hands before assembly so that they do not touch each other during movement and that you do not have to take them off again after sliding them onto the plastic shafts
Then put on the clock hands - first slide the hour hand onto the plastic axis of the motorcycle (please look at the picture - the lower part of the axis is the strongest), then the minute hand and the second hand is pushed into the center of the axis. After assembly, make sure that the hands have a sufficient distance from each other.
