MASS PRODUCTION UNIT / MPU  is solution for fast production
of photos which you can connect simply with only one USB cable to Click like normal printer, but you get - 
capacity 800 photos per hour ( 10x15 format ).
MPU requires minimal ground space,  one can comfortably pick up
printed photos from the top, furthemore photos are sorted to 3 stacks,
acc. to print tasks, all to make you work at photo studio maximally
effective. MPU has minimal energy requirements and zero warm-up
times.
The basic version allows to print following formats:  (9x13) 10x15, 13x18,
15x20/21/23, photos are transported from the output of sublimation
printers to conveyor belts in the upper part, where the back side of photo
is automatically printed with : the order number, ordinal number of printed
photo, for example 5 / 50 (fifth printed photo from a total of 50pcs), name
of the digital file and identification Nr. of terminal, from which the order
was sent.

Upper sorter can separate photos to max. 3 stacks, each contains maximally 55 prints.

The system also allows semi-matt finish on HG papers.

System description


















 		 Mass MPU unit is high volume printing peripheral
connectable to Click / Click-system / Flexilab.

Type LS9820A contains 2 fast printers CP9820DW-S, see picture.

The printer CP9820DW-S is a modification of a printer CP9800DW-S,
which has modified paper strip bin in order to supply copies
to the MPU and additional synchronization interface so that both printer
can supply photos to MPU in mutual coordination.
 
The upper part is equipped with belt conveyor / sorter (3 stacks, each max. 55 photos ) and a dot matrix printer for back print (2 lines, max 40 characters).
Photos larger than 10x15 dimension are sorted after 10pcs.

MPU is equipped with a USB interface for communication with
ClickPro in version 2.5.0

Construction of MPU unit consists of 3 separate parts, as seen
from the picture.
